Meet the hosts!

Cesie

Cesie is a litigator who practices entertainment law representing talent in their legal disputes in state and federal court. She represents clients in contract and employment actions, defends their intellectual property rights, prevents and litigates against defamatory content, protects her clients’ right of publicity, and more. Cesie began her career in big law in New York where she focused on copyright and trademark litigation in the media, entertainment, and technology sectors. She has since made her way back to California where she now resides. Cesie is admitted to practice in California and New York.

When she isn’t catching up on the latest celebrity news, she’s training her rescue dog Buddy, hitting up bar trivia with her fiancé, or trying the latest hot spot LA restaurant. Cesie’s favorite reality shows are the Real Housewives of Miami and RuPaul’s Drag Race.

Angela

Angela is an accomplished litigator with 15 years of trial experience in state and federal court. Angela’s wide ranging litigation experience includes prosecuting domestic violence, defending railroads against catastrophic injury claims, and successfully litigating civil rights claims against the police. For the past decade the majority of Angela’s work has focused on defending companies against products liability claims, with multiple defense jury verdicts.

Angela's favorite show changes weekly, but she’s currently obsessed with RHOSLC & Below Deck. When she’s not working or messaging Cesie about reality tv, Angela enjoys drinking cocktails on patios with her husband, riding her horse, cuddling her cat (and often podcast guest) Warlock, and working on her vintage Chevy truck.
